Ordered a medium which fits the Costco bully sticks well, but I may order a larger one as our girl grows. We love that we can finally give Riggins his favorite chews without worrying. I drilled the hole about 1/4 inch deep right in the middle of the bully stick.

Sadly the first time I gave my dogs bully sticks with these they kept pulling them out, no mater how tight I screwed it in. Continue to use this and recommend.

Today I tried drilling the hole a bit deeper and wider than I needed, so when the knob was all the way down, the screw was still in the bully stick but not touching it tightly, basically the bully stick could spin freely without wiggling the screw loose or falling out. It holds the bully stick quite nicely, a firm grip. That is NOT the holders fault and am so glad they make it so well.

The device works exactly as described and the company was very quick to answer my questions. All around great product that I didn't know I needed until I had it. The price point is fairly high but if it gives me peace of mind that my dogs won’t choke, its worth it. The bully stick holder is great - it holds the stick, regardless of size, in place securely with the adjustable screw.

Periodically tightening the screw could prevent this but that kinda defeats the reason I got these in the first place. This definitely extends the entertainment value of a bully stick in a safe way and the holder is super durable. Yes they are a wee bit expensive but if you really want a good holder buy this one you won't be disappointed. I don’t make the hole too big otherwise the bully stick might break or slip out.

My puppy used it immediately and it was a game changer for her enjoying beef tendons without needing/wanting someone to hold it for her. Update 1: After letting each of my dogs chew on the bully sticks all day I only had 1 bully stick fall out just once, instead of many times before I drilled the hole.
